THE GUEST HOUSE The guest house consists of a double room, 2 x twin rooms, and a family suite. The communal lounge has TV with Pay/DSTV (select channels). All the rooms are tastefully decorated, air-conditioned and all have en-suite bathrooms. - Twin room (can convert to king size) with open-plan bathroom

- Double Room consists of a double room with lounge area (can convert to a family suite) with large en-suite bathroom.
- Family suite consists of a spacious en-suite double room with an inter-leading door to a twin room.
All rooms have complimentary hospitality trays, hairdryers and off street parking behind automated gates. Rates: Bed basis only. It consists of a double room, twin room, lounge with TV and Pay/DSTV (select channels), kitchenette and a full bathroom. The cottage is very private with it's own entrance and off street parking behind automated gates. Rates: 1 May 2010 - 30 Sept 2010 : R1,000.00 per night bed only or R1,300.00 per night B&B *1 Oct 2010 - 30 Apr 2011: R1,500.00 per night bed only or R1,800.00 p.n. B&B SELF-CATERING UNIT This cheerful, sunny unit has a large open plan room which consists of a double bed and a kitchenette and a shower room. Pay TV/DSTV (select channels) is also available in the unit. A fan/heater and hairdryer are available for your comfort. An additional bed can be provided for a family. Off street parking behind automated gates is provided. Rates: Bed basis only. Breakfast is charged at R50.00 p.p. extra 1 May 2010 - 30 Sept 2010: R200.00 p.p. sharing and R250.00 single supplement. *1 Oct 2010 - 30 Apr 2011: R280.00 p.p. sharing and R380.00 per single supplement - * Excluding the KKNK Festival period 2 - 9 April 2011
- Children 2 - 11 yrs pay 50% of adult rate. Children 12+ yrs pay full rate.

Strictly NO SMOKING is allowed in any of the rooms and/or buildings or on covered verandas and/or patios. Smoking is only allowed in the gardens or on the open patio at the swimming pool. Should guests fail to comply, a cleaning fee of up to 100% of the room rate will be charged. Check in time: 14h00 - 19h00
